The Australian division operates from the Head Office that will be relocating from Seven Hills to the Auburn area of Sydney and has some onsite manufacturing/assembly.

The Role Reporting to the General Manager in Australia and dotted line to the UK based Group CFO, you'll be part of the Senior Management Team in Australia.
Your 2 experienced direct reports each have over 10 years' in the business and will support you to achieve through their knowledge of the business operations.
The office will be moving from Seven Hills to Regents Park by the end of the Financial Year.
There's an upcoming ERP upgrade to SAP that you'll be able to sink your teeth into as well.
This role is based onsite 5 days per week.
Tasks and duties of this role will also include: Management reporting – daily sales, weekly sales and orders, weekly cash book reporting Forecasting, compliance reporting (BAS, PAYG, Tax, FBT, ASIC etc.
), cashflow management and annual budgets, reporting packs for the Board Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to optimise inventory and pricing information to maintain and enhance profitability (business partnering) Ensuring appropriate financial controls and procedures are followed and understood through the business, reviewing external service providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient services are being provided Being part of planning for new products, range reviews and analysis of supply chain statistics to ensure objectives can be met in line with key metrics and acting as a Business Partner to the Management Team About You To be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience with business(es) that have operations involving manufacturing and warehousing/logistics IS ESSENTIAL Strong skills in financial modelling, demonstrated strategic planning and implementation skills along with excellent time management Good communication skills for all audiences – from Warehouse/Workshop through to Board/Executive (UK Based C-suite means occasional evening meetings) To enjoy a hands-on role with financial and management accounting An effective, collaborative management style, initiative for finding the information you need to be successful, and the desire to be a critical part of the Senior Management Team for a successful global engineering equipment manufacturer Benefits Up to $200k package incl.
