As the successful candidate you will perform testing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of South-East SCADA systems on:BESS (battery energy storage systems)Within our substation teamLV/HV field environments.Due to the nature of the work, we require (at a minimum):A full Electrical Licence (without restrictions)Control Systems / SCADA experienceA natural interest / skills in IT and technology. Our team are technical specialists and we require technical IT skills / interest to complement the skills that we have.Proactive, problem solversDesirable criteria includes:Advanced Diploma (or equivalent area of practice) in Electrical Engineering (Electronics/Communications/Information Technology) or with the ability to obtain.IT skills including Computer Operating Systems and industrial networks.Programming language.Genuine interest and experience in IOT (internet of things).Previous experience in water, railways, or electrical distribution sectors highly regarded.PLC programming experience.Remuneration for your new role will be up to $150K plus 14.75% superannuation based on a 9-day fortnight non-continuous shift.
