Your Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Dismantling, inspecting, testing, repairing and reassembling aircraft engines, ancillary components, accessories, and electrical systems;
* Conducting routine pre–flight checks and inspections of engines and equipment;
* Maintaining thorough records of actions taken;
* Assembling components, parts and subassemblies of aircraft engines and equipment;
* Testing, maintaining, replacing, and upgrading aircraft safety equipment.
Essential Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Solid experience and understanding of heavy and line maintenance;
* A proactive and positive attitude;
* Excellent mechanical hand skills, experience and quality;
* Extensive troubleshooting skills;
* Attention to detail;
* Ability to work to a time schedule;
* Driven to succeed;
* Willingness to learn;
* Passion for safety and working as part of a team;
* Valid work visa;
* Current drivers licence.
