Immediate start, temporary contract until 20th December 2024.Previous Reception experience is required.About Our Client Our client, a reputable law firm in Brisbane, is seeking an organised and efficient Receptionist/Admin professional to join their team on a contract basis until the 20th December 2024.In this fast-paced, client-focused environment, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also handling essential administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.Job Description Reception duties : Answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, and managing general inquiries.Administrative Support : Assisting with general office admin tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.Document Management : Ensuring accurate filing and organisation of legal and confidential documents (both physical and digital).Data Entry : Updating client records and maintaining up-to-date office systems.Scheduling & Coordination : Booking appointments and meeting rooms, assisting with calendar management.Office Supplies : Monitoring and ordering office supplies as required.General Office Assistance : Providing support to other departments and staff as needed.The Successful Applicant Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services setting.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Full-time, contract role with a reputable law firm.
