reporting to the Maffra Depot Manager.This role would be well-suited to someone in the Bairnsdale / Sale area or surrounds.No day will be the same – this position is well suited to an adaptable sales professional with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.We equip our salespeople with a strong working knowledge of our business, so they can operate autonomously and confidently.The role has three core components.You will provide excellent after-sales service to our existing customer base and defend them against competitors.You will upsell new services to our existing customer base for mutual benefit.You will grow our customer base within your assigned territory.Professionalism, expertise, and a sense of urgency are all critical to success in the role.We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.This position is a permanent, full-time Monday to Friday.Regular travel required across the region.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively pursue new business in a structured, focussed & considered mannerDeveloping and nurturing existing customers through systematic cycle visits and interactionsMeeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs each weekDemonstrating a keen passion to drive the business forward and continuing to growManage and efficiently action inbound customer calls and enquiriesProvide professional customer service to both internal and external customersAbility to prioritise and perform duties in a fast paced and varied roleDevelop and maintain a thorough understanding of the businessIdentify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvementStrive for improvement in operations whilst upholding a high level of safety at all timesABOUT YOU Enjoy a challengeBe driven and ambitious by nature, you love the thrill of winning new business and nurturing customersHave strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills and be well-presentedDemonstrate you are outgoing by nature;
