**Customer Care Officer Role Summary**
The Customer Care Officer serves as the initial point of contact for our clients' community, handling various channels such as in-person, phone, and email. This role prioritises a seamless customer experience through swift issue resolution while maintaining consistency and excellence in service delivery.

• Stress Management: Capability to remain calm and composed under pressure to maintain quality service during busy or challenging periods.
**What's on Offer**
• 1 Full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract
• $77,000+ superannuation
• Half day off every fortnight
**Requirements**
• Availability to work 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (No weekend work)
• Driver's Licence
• Ability to provide a current police check
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
