About this role
As a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator, you will be supporting leaders across the Australasia studios with new business opportunities, work with key stakeholders to produce compelling bid documents and captivating marketing content, and ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach across the business.
This is a key role that requires a competent and confident individual. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in a similar role, be highly ambitious and possess exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce bid documents and proposals to win new work across a range of sectors & geographies.
2. Support with business development and marketing strategies.
3. Develop high-quality branded marketing campaigns and bid responses in InDesign.
4. Create eye catching designs and marketing content for online and social media channels.
5. Conduct research and analysis of market and identifying new business opportunities in the market.
6. Manage information and inputs from both internal and external teams.
7. Maintain the internal database with opportunities & client details.
Skills & Experience:
8. Minimum of 3+ years experience in Bids or Marketing.
9. A confident individual with strong interpersonal skills, who is able to engage at all levels.
10. Excellent communication skills, with demonstrable experience of undertaking brief analysis.
11. Proficient using InDesign.
12. Self-motivated with a structured approach to work.
