Provides quality control of client deliverables and supporting presales.Provides functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SuccessFactors’ products.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesFacilitate client workshops either onsite or remotely demonstrating understanding in best practices during implementation.Help manage customer expectations with relevant communication during key stages of the project lifecycle.Escalate out of scope requirements and delays to the Project Manager.Provide status updates to Project Manager, customers, and stakeholders on project status.Partner with all internal teams during project phases to ensure a successful customer implementation.Assist customers with software testing along with roll out and go-live activities such as data loads and system initialization.Offer expert knowledge, support, and insights on SAP time and payroll components, along with related business processes.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of payroll activity/processes to drive for ongoing improvements to efficiency across Payroll.Responsible for gathering and identifying customer business requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders.Required EducationBachelor's DegreePreferred EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseProven experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments, specializing in SAP functional consulting and/or solution support.3 years+ experience implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Payroll in enterprise environments.Proven success in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll.Familiarity with or background in HR and Payroll preferred.Strong understanding of HR business processes, data models, and HRIS integrations.Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Experience delivering solutions in an agile and collaborative consulting environment.Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceBachelor/Master’s degree level or equivalent.Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules.Demonstrated ability to think creatively and apply analytical skills to solve complex problems effectively.About Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBM’s consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
