As a Clinical Nurse you will elevate patient care leading by example and providing expert guidance in a dynamic healthcare environment. Your advanced clinical skills and compassionate approach will make a significant impact on patient outcomes.
Your Skills and Experience
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 3 years’ experience within an acute medical ward setting
* Proven ability to always act as a positive role model and as a professional
* A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance.
* Post graduate qualification in specialty area desirable but not essential.
Remuneration: $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)
