About your opportunity:
In this position you will:
Monitor and report clinical work practices and outcomes by initiating, planning, and evaluating local service improvement activities.
Actively pursue relevant professional development and contribute to the development and delivery of clinical education and training to other staff.
Work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team to contribute to optimal service provision and outcomes including assisting with administrative and management responsibilities of Team Leaders.
Work cooperatively and effectively by maintaining timely and open communication (including accurate documentation and reporting) within multi-professional teams, with patients, their families/carers and other health professionals, supervisors, students and researchers as required.
