About the job As a Senior Digital Producer at Belong, you'll play a pivotal role in driving exceptional digital experiences. Your obsessive attention to detail will ensure that every project you manage is delivered to the highest possible standard, as you work alongside other talented producers in the Content Experience team. You'll manage the inflow of digital requests, expertly triaging them and coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining quality control every step of the way. You'll be responsible for building, maintaining, and reviewing web content, contributing to the ongoing development of our website. Your expertise in accessibility, responsiveness, usability, and customer experience analytics will help you create impeccable web content, elevating our digital platforms to the next level. Your understanding of web design, CMS (Content Management Systems), HTML/CSS, and Information Architecture will ensure that each page you touch is not only visually compelling but structurally sound. You'll thrive on balancing multiple projects and deadlines, working efficiently with different departments to meet the needs of the business. In this role, you'll also collaborate with the incident management team, demonstrating decisiveness and leadership should any issues arise on our digital website. With your strong grasp of agile and scrum methodologies, combined with the principles of Human-Centered Design (HCD), you'll ensure that our digital experiences are always centered around the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities Working in close collaboration with the Content Experience team and the delivery squads to deliver on our strategic customer and digital experience vision aligned to our business KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Assist planning, scheduling, and managing the digital content from draft review to publishing using our Content Management System (CMS). Gathering business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into world-class digital solutions. Support building the data structure of the web pages and ensuring all digital standards such as accessibility, analytics, SEO, and naming conventions are adhered to. Proactively monitoring and testing the site to identify maintenance and experience quality improvements. Support trial of EAPs (Early Access Programs) and maintain knowledge of Contentful's latest trends and recommendations. Running quick proof of concepts for testing new uplifts to the CMS workflows. Essential Experience Minimum 4-6 years professional experience in digital content publishing in a corporate, business, or agency setting. Ability to liaise with a variety of digital disciplines, from ideation, design to development. Challenge the norm with confident and assertive communication skills to influence and build relationships. Effectively manage changes to scope, budget, and timeline. Strong project management and administration skills. Knowledge of the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 accessibility standard. Exposure to or experience with Design Systems and regard for implementation of visual identity of brand guidelines. Demonstrated experience in complex cross-functional environments and a hands-on approach to defining a strategy and designing processes to ensure accountability and quality. Customer-first mindset.
