Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis at our Bella Vista, NSW office. The Digital Account Manager will play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships, developing and executing digital strategies, overseeing account management, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, including expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing techniques.
Role Overview
As a Digital Account Manager at Searchbar Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for managing both new and existing client accounts, ensuring their business objectives are met through tailored digital marketing solutions. Your role will involve daily client communication, strategy development, campaign oversight, and sales growth initiatives. A core focus of this position is to drive new client acquisitions while maintaining strong retention rates among existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met and exceeded.
* Develop and implement tailored digital strategies that align with client goals, focusing on business growth and maximizing ROI.
* Oversee Google Ads and SEO campaigns, analyzing performance data and optimizing strategies for improved results.
* Foster strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and present new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with Google Ads strategists, suppliers, and vendors to ensure optimal campaign performance.
* Work closely with the sales team on proposals, client follow-ups, and communication to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional digital services, such as SEO, email marketing, social media management, website upgrades, maintenance, and landing pages.
* Coordinate with internal teams to successfully execute digital campaigns and client projects.
* Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing to provide clients with valuable insights.
* Identify, explore, and evaluate new business opportunities while assessing and mitigating potential risks.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in web and digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and SEO campaign management.
* In-depth understanding of digital strategies and their impact on business growth.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
* Experience in proposal writing and collaborating with sales teams.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Benefits & Compensation
* Salary Package : Base salary ranging from $80K - $90K per annum + Commission + Superannuation.
