We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join a small team of testers. Working to the Test Lead, Project Manager/s or Program Manager, the successful candidate should be adaptable, as allocation will be across different test phases on several projects. The Test Analyst must have the ability to quickly learn new applications, with excellent time management skills to plan, execute and report on multiple projects with parallel deadlines.
This is an initial 12-month contract, with the option of a 12-month extension based on performance, based in Canberra, ACT. A hybrid work arrangement will be considered, requiring 40 hours per week, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs part of a talented test team, the Test Analyst will:
Have the opportunity to work across the latest technologies such as Dynamics (365), Intelledox forms, Digital application portal, and other digital transformation projects.The role will require liaison and coordination of test activities with developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts across different sections of the organisation (Operations, Infrastructure, Search & Rescue, and IT Services).The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident in their ability to create test cases and triage defects found.Selection CriteriaDemonstrable experience of actively testing a COTS product such as Microsoft CRM, SAP Concur.Demonstrable ability and willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies, roles, and responsibilities within a transformative environment.Skills and experience of successfully analysing requirements, planning & executing tests, raising & resolving defects in an organization using multiple test methodologies.Possess ISTQB Foundation certification.Knowledge of any testing tool such as JIRA, DevOps.Knowledge of test automation.Other RequirementsBe an Australian Citizen.Possess an active Baseline Security Clearance.A valid Australian driver's license or able to obtain.A valid National Police Clearance (NPC) or able to obtain.Benefits of Working with Moraitis ConsultingWe have a great reputation for looking after our staff.We offer salary sacrifice benefits related to vehicles, new devices, relocation allowance, or living away from home allowance (LAFHA).We have fun events and team functions.You will be offered memberships and associated benefits such as Australian Computer Society membership.We provide financial incentives for training and development related to your role.We care about our staff.
