The Brisbane Airport Conference Centre is currently seeking a motivated Part-time or Full-Time Banquet Operations Assistant Manager to join our brilliant Conference Centre team.

Your duties will include but are not limited to : Assisting the Conference Centre Manager with day-to-day operations of all Conference RoomsMaintaining a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all timesOverseeing the preparation, planning and execution of all designated eventsAssisting the Conference Centre Manager in liaising with clients, assessing their needs, and developing operational strategies to meet those needsLeading, mentoring and training team members, ensuring a fun and energetic working environmentAssisting in the recruitment and induction of new team membersEnsuring that team members are briefed on all specials and standard menu itemsEnsuring cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipmentHandling any escalated guest complaintsWho are we looking for?
