About the role Key Duties & Responsibilities Train, manage, and provide leadership to the restaurant team Help develop team members & drive the business Manage rosters and payroll Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences Stock take & Cost Control Maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation, keeping all work areas both front of house and back of house clean and in working order Skills & experience A passion for hospitality, strong work ethic, and attention to detail The ability to create effective schedules to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently in line with our fast-paced Sydney lifestyles 2+ years experience as a restaurant manager or assistant restaurant manager. Sensational leadership skills. Experience in cost control, inventory management, and restaurant operations. An exceptional customer service focus, our customers are paramount to our success! Experience in training staff to provide excellent service Strong understanding of food & beverage in general trends and wines.
