The Residential Accommodation Services team forms part of the Accommodation Services Team in the Department of Health's Infrastructure branch. This statewide team is responsible for the management and provision of all aspects of residential accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors.
The Role:
The Property Officer manages a residential accommodation portfolio, including responsibility for the management of accommodation contracts, coordination of tenancies, furnishing, service connection, maintenance, and cleaning.
The Property Officer uses high-level interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills to develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including real estate companies, locum agencies, staff, and managers.
High-level organisational skills are critical to manage a dynamic property portfolio, and it is often necessary to use creativity, adaptability, and flexibility when forming solutions. The Property Officer requires the capacity to deal with pressure and ambiguity to be successful in this role.
Details of appointment:
Permanent, full-time, day worker (with on-call) position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary: $81,915 to $94,263 per annum + our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
