Randstad is partnering with the Qld State Government to deliver an exciting role as an AO6 Senior Content Designer on the departments books for an initial period of 6 months with annual leave, sick leave and 12.75% superannuation.
As a Senior Content Designer, you will:
Support the Manager, Digital Delivery with designing and implementing digital strategies, solutions, standards. and practices that promote contemporary ways of working and digital channels for improving service delivery efficiency and ensuring a consistent customer journey experience.
• Bring strong technical and editorial skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for coaching, facilitating workshops, and collaborating to ensure digital design excellence, high-quality content and great outcomes for staff, partner agencies, the Queensland community, and customers.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and maintain online content including QPT’s website, ensuring it is accessible, searchable, customer-focused and meets whole-of-government standards.
* Develop and implement digital design standards and procedures, establish metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the usability and performance of QPT’s digital channels for service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
* Review and publish web content that is responsive, accurate and shows attention to detail, ensuring best practice standards and addressing customer needs.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to prepare engaging web content through co-design, provide support and expertise in web design and content presentation best practice. Provide strategic, data driven advice to business areas about the most effective way to deliver content that is user-friendly and responsive to audience needs.
* Analyse and report on the effectiveness of QPT’s digital content using insights to guide decision-making and develop strategies for improving user experience.
* Collaborate effectively with QPT media, marketing and communication and customer services areas to optimise the customer journey across QPT’s digital channels, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
* Maintain awareness, contribute to, and facilitate adoption of good practice digital design techniques and practices, whole-of-government policies, standards, and guidelines.
* Operate industry standard tools in support of content and media asset creation, optimising digital platform features, web publishing, monitoring, and insights/evaluation.
* Develop and maintain strategic relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Actively engage in a team environment and positive culture, by demonstrating QPT core values, celebrating success, and committing to continued learning and development.
