This is a full-time position where you will be working with a great local team as well as collaborating with a wider team in other locations throughout Australia. We are open to both graduate level candidates and consultants with experience in the space to learn from our team.Job tasks and responsibilitiesWorking alongside industry leaders in Occupational Hygiene and Hazardous Materials, Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Providing technical advice on Hazardous Materials and Occupational Hygiene issues.Conducting Asbestos/HAZMAT Surveys and removal.Preparation of Technical Reports.Regional travel will be required.Skills and experienceTo be successful in this role, you ideally will have:Qualification in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science or a related field is advantageous, but not essential.Hazmat industry experience or exposure through study.Valid driver's licence.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Australian Citizenship or rights to work in Australia.You will have keen interest in OHHM and be driven to continue ongoing learning and development where SLR will support training to support your progression.Experienced applicants will be considered, but will be expected to be a current Licensed Asbestos Assessor.We are proud of our unique culture where we work together to collaborate on projects to get the best possible outcome for our clients.
