Based in our Sydney head office, this 12-month contract opportunity will position you as the primary point of contact, providing comprehensive administrative support and high-level coordination to an executive and their team.
About the role This is a busy and diverse role that will see you engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders at the senior level.
Providing effective administrative support to multiple stakeholders, some of your responsibilities will include: • Diary and email management • Coordination of any related travel requirements • Preparing presentations, correspondence, agendas, minutes and reports as required • Assistance with on boarding and off boarding employees • Information management and retrieval from relevant systems, including managing files and records and maintenance of processes • Reconciliation of expenses and processing purchase orders • Managing strong professional relationships with senior internal stakeholders and their assistants • Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information • Organising and coordinating events About you This is a role for an experienced Administration professional who has the followings skills and experience: • Experience: Proven track record as a Personal Assistant, preferably within the property industry or professional services • Administration and Coordination: Skilled in providing administrative support and coordinating activities in a senior management environment utilising Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint).
• Transactions Process: Understanding of the transactions process within the property sector would be a big bonus.
• Professionalism: Polished and professional demeanor, with a proactive and diplomatic approach to work.
