Join the CBRE – Procurement Property Management Team Drive business value and strategic strategy with key stakeholders Sydney Location | Land of the Gadigal people We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director Procurement to join our Procurement team.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our procurement strategy and driving business growth through effective procurement practices You will be the subject matter expert in the overall procurement process, category management, and technology solutions.
The Opportunity: Enforce sourcing and procurement strategies to support program, corporate and client goals and objectives Develop differentiating category solutions (supplier partner, contracts, pricing) and establish preferred suppliers across all PM & FM categories.
Assess the effectiveness of the procurement strategy and measure key KPI's, operational compliance to the procurement processes and policies Design and develop purchasing information e.g.
preparation of monthly reports of departmental activities, KPI's and metrics to present to Senior Management In collaboration with State and Strategic Account Leaders, and State FM/Technical Directors, support the development of a define and prioritise the pipeline of procurement activity on a quarterly and annual basis within assigned Categories Resolve vendor disputes and develop organization requirements of goods, services, supplies, and equipment About You: Bachelor's degree in business or related field including property Procurement qualification (MCIP preferred) Senior level experience in Procurement ideally within procurement/supply chain Experience providing strategic leadership and direction within a complex organisation Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and establishing and running procurement programs Demonstrated experience in delivering significant financial and non-financial benefits to an organisation Ability to communicate and managed key stakeholder engagement and relationships So, what's in it for you?
