T+O+M Recruitment are working with a globally recognised brand to hire an FP&A Manager.
Key responsibilities:
* Performance reporting – performance analysis and monthly management reporting
* Planning and forecasting – ownership of the planning, budgeting & forecasting process
* Decision support – strategic projects, insight development and ad-hoc analysis
* Analysis - Delivering critical insights and value adding analysis on the Group's current & future performance
* Transformation - identifying and implementing continuing process improvement
About you:
* CA or CPA qualified
* Big 4 background with 2-3 years experience in an FP&A function
* Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Track record of demonstrating the ability to make a difference in past roles and ability to identify, model and be a champion for growth
Compensation: 155k - $160k base + super + bonus opportunity
