Woodside led the development of the LNG industry in Australia and is applying this same pioneering spirit to solving future energy challenges.Our global headquarters are based in Perth and our state-of-the-art campus reflects the quality of life Perth is known for - with a six Green Star rating, advanced wellness features and flexibility in how you work.About the Role:The role will support the delivery in the Climate and Sustainability (C&S) team focusing on the effectiveness of and consistency across the full range of C&S disclosures to accurately represent the company's commitments, plan and performance towards achieving business outcomes.Reporting to the Head of Sustainability Reporting and Assessment, this position will be located in Perth on a full-time permanent basis.Duties & Responsibilities:Preparation of climate and sustainability related content for external disclosure.Strategic review and analysis of climate and sustainability materials to ensure clear, consistent messaging and alignment with commitments, targets and plans.Engagement of a broad range of internal stakeholders (and external stakeholders as required) to seek input and alignment on scopes of work.Review of external domestic and international climate and sustainability frameworks and standards and provide advice to the business.Skills & Experience:Skills Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.Ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders and problem solve to achieve business outcomes.Ability to manage multifaceted work scopes within restricted time frames.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyse disparate information to identify commonalities and insights.Ability to review detailed documents and summarise complex themes via written content and visual representation.Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally.Knowledge of current sustainability topics, international reporting frameworks, standards and assurance processes (desired).Behaviours Always behaves in a manner consistent with Woodside values.Active listener with a team mentality.Able to influence across all levels of the business.Qualification Relevant tertiary qualification.Experience in the energy industry or similar.If you think you can do this job but don't meet all the criteria, that's OK!
