An exciting opportunity awaits a highly motivated and experienced Office Coordinator to join our supportive and vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing top-notch support to both internal and external stakeholders. This role would suit someone looking for flexible permanent part-time hours between 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong administrative background, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. What you will be doing: • Reception duties and handling calls• Provide administrative assistance to the management team• Assist with motor vehicle fleet management• Book domestic and international travel & accommodation• Run office facilities, liaise with cleaning contractors, and others• Manage samples and marketing literature distribution• Handle Mail and arrange couriers• General office support, including ad-hoc admin duties, stationery, filing• Backup for the customer services team What you will bring with you: • 2+ years of administrative/secretarial experience • Superior written and verbal communication skills• Able to multi-task and prioritise• Well-developed organisational skills• Professional discretion• High attention to detail• Flexible and adaptive manner• Willingness to help others, learn new tasks and systems• Ability to interact at all levels within the business.• Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc) What you will get in return: • We want you to love what you do.
