The Role • Development and ownership of technical reporting areas e.g. IFRS16, IFRS15, IFRS9 • Support the Finance Manager and wider finance team with process improvements, project work and month end tasks • Support M&A and Corporate transactions • Support in the alignment of the three business units – Amplifon, Bay and Attune • Support the evolution and stabilization of our ERP system Oracle Cloud • Proactive improvement of internal processes and structures in accounting • Ad hoc tasks Your profile: • You are a fully qualified accountant • You have solid professional experience in a corporate or with an audit/tax consultancy firm • You have an excellent knowledge of international accounting (IFRS) as well as a strong understanding of the core processes in financial accounting (GL, AR, AP, Taxes) • You have exposure to complex ERP systems, knowledge of Oracle Cloud and HFM is a plus • You work in a proactive way with "Hands-On" mentality and a strong sense of responsibility • You have strong communication skills to present to and influence stakeholders (business partnering skills), ability to engage with the business and the wider finance team Putting People First One of the ways we amplify careers is by helping our people achieve their full potential.
