About the Role We're excited to announce some new opportunities within our Capability team We have multiple positions available, both Permanent and Maximum Term Contracts. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis and referencing Change Impact Assessments to identify the learning audiences, their needs, assumptions, and dependencies in knowledge, skills, or behaviours required for effective knowledge transfer and change adoption in each audience group. You'll also recommend solutions and resourcing to deliver the appropriate approaches for the learning needs of these audiences. Your tasks will include scoping, designing, building, and delivering or co-delivering learning experiences and modules that effectively develop, assess, and embed the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for transformation program initiatives. You'll schedule the learning build and provide guidance on training timelines that inform the change schedule and delivery dates. Additionally, you'll efficiently build effective system walkthroughs and simulations for all system-related changes when required. You'll work closely with the change manager to scope and design assessment methods and micro-learning tools that assess effectiveness and allow leaders and team members to continually embed learning post-change go-live. Finally, you'll be responsible for the ongoing refinement and management of existing Enterprise Capability learning programs and experiences to include any necessary changes. About you To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of training needs analysis, learning methodologies, and moments of learning needs, with the ability to choose the most effective learning and performance solutions. You should be familiar with Human-Centred Design approaches and have experience in project and program management, as well as adult learning principles. Your extensive experience in scoping, designing, and building learning experiences across various mediums and technologies is crucial. This includes e-learning, simulations, video, digital classroom leader-led, classroom instructor-led, self-paced, leader-led, on-the-job tools, and knowledge management resources. You should be adept at creating content for both technical (compliance, process, system) and customer engagement competencies, for both frontline and support specialist audiences. Intermediate to advanced skills in learning authoring, information design, and media tools are essential. You should be proficient in tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Microsoft Office Suite, and online video editing/animation tools (such as Vyond, Vimeo, Canva), as well as digital classroom software like MS Teams. Experience with SharePoint, Adobe Captivate, and HTML/CSS is also desirable. Strong internal consulting skills are a must, along with a proven ability to manage a large volume of diverse work autonomously through to completion.
