We’ve been searching for you. YCL Jewellery is seeking an experienced, passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Pacific Fair Boutique. As our Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the store's performance, from driving weekly sales and team motivation to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be a key brand ambassador, bringing YCL’s values and vision to life in-store.
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, who is excited to co-create and lead within a growing fashion-tech business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead your team in alignment with YCL’s vision, purpose and values.
* Oversee all aspects of the store floor, including experience, product, community, accessibility, and team culture.
* Champion a customer-first experience, ensuring each interaction reflects our brand’s heart and intention.
* Train and develop a high-performing team, providing regular feedback, coaching and growth opportunities.
* Support the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding through to offboarding.
* Manage weekly rosters in alignment with business needs and team wellbeing.
* Set, monitor and achieve KPIs and sales targets, while managing store budgets to maximise profitability.
* Provide regular reporting and insights to YCL HQ to inform business strategy and performance.
* Build customer loyalty and strengthen YCL’s presence by upholding our brand values in every interaction.
* Lead from the floor 5 days a week, setting the tone through hands-on leadership.
* Empower your team to lead with autonomy, integrity and customer excellence.
* Collaborate with YCL HQ and marketing to run events that drive traffic, deepen community and elevate the customer experience.
* Facilitate our ETERNAL permanent jewellery service (training provided).
Key Skills & Experience:
* 2–3 years' leadership and retail management experience
* Dynamic leadership with the ability to recruit, train, lead and develop a team
* Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, sales and profit analysis)
* An entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to deliver results and evolve with the brand
* Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Tech-savvy and confident across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to lift up to 20kg as needed
* Flexibility to work Thursday evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
