This will include managing and controlling all finance-related activity for the organisation and any of its employing entities. In conjunction with the CFO, develop and monitor the company’s annual budget, providing analyses, commentary and annualised forecasts/projections to the CFO, CEO and Board, and its sub-committees. Provide meaningful strategic and commercial advice on the financial implications of proposed business and investment activities. Critically, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with your colleagues to identify their needs and develop in partnership a full range of business solutions.About YouYou have extensive senior finance experience, which includes leading, influencing and continuously improving the financial, commercial and asset strategies of complex values driven B2B and B2C organisations. You will have a reputation for being self-assured yet authentic; practical yet innovative; adaptable and able to quickly anticipate, evaluate and respond to scenarios strategically and commercially in equal strength and importantly you are a team player. Equally, you can demonstrate significant leadership supporting and advising CEO and Boards. These capabilities, combined with deep experience of shaping and leading customer centric teams through innovation-driven periods of change and growth, will stand you apart. Your experience in high level corporate and financial reporting, taxation, audit, investment management, commercial negotiations, change management, leadership and strategy development will be complemented by a degree in accounting, finance, econometrics or related, along with a CPA or CA.This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to assist create truly connected communities.
