What you’ll do
9. Drive future thinking & best in class facility designs, leading executive engagement throughout the full project lifecycle to deliver transformational customer, team and safety outcomes.
10. Leading the development and delivery of distribution and fulfilment centre designs to meet our customer, safety and operational objectives
11. Lead the evaluation of alternative facility concept layouts including automation solutions with the support of project teams and external consultants
12. Leading the development of DC capital and operating cost models and requirements to underpin project business cases
13. Providing expertise in specification and procurement of MHE and Automation systems
What you’ll bring
Utilising your leadership, great communication skills to work directly with your team to achieve high delivery standards, you will also bring:
14. Facility/supply chain design experience including manual handling and automation.
15. A functional understanding of AutoCAD
16. Experience in Distribution, Retail, FMCG and/or e-Commerce industries
17. Strong analytical modelling skills (Labour, Operating Cost, DILO, Material Flow)
18. Ideally a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business or other area
