6 months CONTRACT with potential extensions Remote working arrangement Daily Rate: $900 (inc SUPER) Must have Baseline Security Clearance ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced and proactive Change Manager to lead the change management initiatives for the implementation of TechnologyOne (TechOne) Enterprise Budgeting and Aurion Payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP projects, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful organizational change initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support the successful implementation of TechOne and Aurion systems. Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the organization to ensure alignment and adoption of new processes and systems. Conduct impact assessments to identify areas of change and develop mitigation plans for resistance. Design and deliver communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate training programs and provide support to end-users to ensure smooth transition and system adoption. Monitor and evaluate change readiness and adoption progress, reporting on key milestones and metrics. Provide leadership in managing risks, addressing issues, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. MORE ABOUT YOU Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory). Proven experience as a Change Manager in ERP system implementations, preferably including TechnologyOne and Aurion Payroll. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar). Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to drive engagement and collaboration. Ability to design and execute training programs and communication plans. Demonstrated experience in conducting impact assessments and managing resistance to change. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and deliver practical solutions. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. GOOD TO HAVE Experience in government or public sector projects. Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CMI) or related disciplines. Familiarity with enterprise budgeting and payroll processes.
