Your opportunity:
Our Service Delivery group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst to join their newly formed Transition project team!
The Service Delivery One System for Maintenance (OS4M) Strategy seeks to deliver improvements across key maintenance delivery performance outcomes including safety performance arising from real-time visibility of the full portfolio of maintenance works undertaken on Urban Utilities’ asset base. This position supports the Transition Manager and Leads in developing comprehensive change management plans and materials for the onboarding program, transitioning current maintenance contracts to the new One System for Maintenance (OS4M) commercial model. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, including the Mobilisation Lead and Handback Lead, to ensure change management aligns with a business readiness plan, considering, planning, and successfully executing all changes throughout the program.
About you:
* Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Change Management Certification or qualifications.
* Well developed understanding of change management frameworks and practices and demonstrated ability to prepare change management plans.
* Demonstrated experience in applying change management processes, methods, and tools to create actionable deliverables supporting change adoption.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to execute within set schedules.
* Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, and associated change and transition activities.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and professional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and liaise with staff from diverse backgrounds
