Overview
This is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Maintain Sales Deduction Rebate (Claims Controls) for all Customers
* Ensure timely processing of credit claims as per company targets
* Communicate with customers and sales teams regarding claim-related issues
* Review and finalise outstanding claims and unpaid claims for any account
* Endorse terms and conditions of Sales Deduction promotion requests
* Guide customers on submitting claims and provide query responses regarding claim progress
* Liaise with Product Managers and Pricing team to verify claims accuracy
About You
* Degree or Diploma level preferred with 2 years of relevant experience
* Experience in SAP, Excel, accounts administration, and claims management
* Desirable: Experience managing people
