**Job Title:** Administration Officer
**Employment Type:** Ongoing opportunity with the Department of Communities & Justice within the Murrumbidgee Far West Western NSW District.
**Salary:** Clerk Grade 3/4 - $82,193 to $90,001 per annum + Superannuation and Annual Leave Loading.
The Administration Officer provides administrative support services to support the operation of the Family Group Conference Team within Murrumbidgee Far West and Western NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a range of administrative and support services, including travel arrangements, records management, routine correspondence, financial records, and event coordination to support the effective operation of the team/unit.
* Collect and compile information and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making.
* Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes, and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate and stored correctly and securely.
Requirements:
* Experience in working in a high-pressure team environment delivering services to vulnerable clients.
* High level organisation, communication, and relationship skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in order to meet strict deadlines.
* Competency with a range of relevant technology and software applications.
* Ability to interpret policies, standards, and procedures and act with a high level of integrity whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
* A valid driver's licence is also required.
