The role will help drive business transformation through data-driven insights, identify and implement process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders in both technical and non-technical teams. What you’ll be doing Gather, document and validate business requirements, coordinating with different stakeholders Perform data analysis to inform business decisions Define, document and implement changes to business processes and related IT solutions in the Agile methodology Identify business improvement opportunities and drive transformation Ensure project deliverables align with business needs Support the rollout of new systems and processes Provide training and support to end-users What’s in your toolkit? Stong Business Analyst background with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at one time Knowledge of retail processes, including experience in MarTech and Loyalty sectors Experience working with Adobe Campaign/AJO, Data and Insights, CDP, CRM Demonstrate continuous learning and optimising capabilities Proactive stakeholder engagement and ability to drive value within the team Don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes for this role—we encourage you to still apply.
