Main Duties:
* Mailroom responsibilities include handling physical mail and ensuring its timely delivery.
* Reception duties encompass greeting clients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a professional manner.
* File creations and retrievals involve accurately maintaining and retrieving electronic and physical records, adhering to set service standards and contractual requirements.
* Data Entry/Admin tasks require accurate data entry skills, attention to detail, and organisational abilities.
* Phone and email enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
* Ad hoc administration duties may be assigned as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
* Some moderate to heavy lifting may be required, necessitating physical stamina.
