About the role: This role is primarily responsible for managing the Company's bank reconciliation process, customer receipting, collections, and accounts receivables reporting. Other responsibilities include supporting the Finance team with daily and month-end journal posting, financial reporting, general ledger reconciliations, and other finance-related tasks. This is a full-time role, 38 hours per week, based in Chullora NSW. This role offers two working from home days upon successful completion of training. Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the Group's Bank Reconciliation Process. Debtors collection and reporting. Customer Receipting. Assist the finance team where required to produce accurate and timely financial performance reports. Provide support to the finance team. Daily Bank Reconciliation. Daily customer receipting, Collections. Allocation of customer receipts. Posting of customer receipts to the General Ledger. Trust account customer receipting (Leap). Month-end finance support to the Finance Business Partners. Month-end general ledger journals posting. Month-end Fixed Asset process run. Assisting with year-end audits when required. Assist with ad-hoc projects when required. Other relevant duties as directed. Criteria: The ability to work independently. The ability to perform end tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Excellent prioritisation and coordination skills with the ability to meet competing deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Work cooperatively with others and model and promote team player behaviour. Demonstrated skill in working as part of a team, fostering good client relations and working with people from diverse backgrounds. Ability to deal with difficult clients. Discretion and confidentiality. Experience working with NAV would be advantageous.
