THE ROLE We have an exciting Graduate opportunity for an individual passionate about technology to join our internal IT team as an IT Support Engineer based in Melbourne on a permanent basis. As a member of our collaborative Internal IT Team, you will be regarded as an expert in infrastructure, networking, and AWS solutions. The team is dedicated to enhancing internal processes and systems through innovative projects and providing exceptional support to all PageUp employees globally. This role offers a broad scope, empowering you to take on new responsibilities and continuously learn, develop, and grow within the organisation. Reporting to the Internal Group IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical support and contributing to projects aimed at improving security, business processes, and system availability for our global operations. What you'll do in this role: Provide first-line technical support to PageUp employees worldwide, ensuring all support requests are logged and resolved within SLA timeframes. Develop, maintain, and contribute to end-user guidelines and documentation for the helpdesk knowledge base. Oversee the procurement process for end-user hardware and software, collaborating with vendors and keeping asset registers up to date. Manage the fleet of PageUp computers across all regions, ensuring devices are fit for purpose, within warranty, and not End of Life. Facilitate the IT onboarding process for new PageUp staff and assist with asset retrieval and access termination for departing employees. This includes setting up new accounts and familiarising new hires with PageUp's IT systems and processes. Administer internal systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Intune, JumpCloud, Jira) and ensure completion of scheduled tasks as part of Information Security Management. ABOUT YOU You are a proactive and enthusiastic IT graduate who is eager to make a tangible impact by providing exceptional, solution-oriented support. You enjoy problem-solving, helping others, and developing new skills. Qualifications: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A passion for assisting others with technical issues, with demonstrated experience in a Customer Service or IT support role being highly regarded. Experience with Microsoft Entra, cloud infrastructure & services (AWS), Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack is advantageous but not essential. Other Key Skills: Proactive in identifying and addressing issues, with strong time management and prioritisation abilities. Effective communicator, able to convey ideas clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences. Skilled in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Eager to learn new skills and pursue continuous professional development.
