Redhanded is on the hunt for a freelance Senior Account Manager to join us until January 2025.
As a Senior Account Manager, you sit at the heart of your team, owning the day-to-day running of your accounts. You know your client's businesses inside out and how to make the agency work. You must be the consummate all-rounder: project manager, finance master, ultimate communicator, and leader. This role will benefit from a strong account handler who is happy to dive in head first.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Being the day-to-day go-to person on the account for clients and internal stakeholders, with strong relationships across the board being essential.
* Managing the work through the agency processes from conception to completion.
* Playing an active role in internal and external client meetings.
* Developing strong relationships within the agency and with clients founded on a culture of honesty, respect, and reliability.
Experience/Skills:
* Approx 4 years relevant advertising/creative agency experience.
* Evidence of strong written and oral communication skills.
* A ‘can do' attitude to all projects.
* An ability to forge strong relationships.
* An ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Good organisational skills.
* Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
* Ability to proactively problem-solve.
* Perseverance.
