The role will be responsible for actively monitoring change requirements across specific portfolios of the business, identifying resource requirements, tracking impacts and activities at the program level, and partnering with business stakeholders and project managers to deliver successful project outcomes.In addition, the Change Portfolio Lead will undertake work in the capacity of a Change Partner, providing change management expertise via the development and execution of appropriate change management and business readiness strategies, plans and interventions on assigned projects, ensuring changes required are adopted successfully with lasting benefits to ElectraNet.About YouTo be successful in this critical role, you will possess the following:Strong knowledge and pragmatic application of current change management best practice principles and standards including change management systems and tools, in a technically orientated organisational environment;Experience in working across multiple business units, delivering an integrated and strategic view of any proposed solutions taking into account data governance;Experience working across multiple projects concurrently;Experience and achievement in business process change of a technical nature;Experience in managing and delivering solutions to a recognised Project Management methodology.It is desirable to have extensive experience in a discipline related role and sound experience in implementing digital transformation and organisational change and fostering digital culture and capability development as well as a certification in change management i.e. Prosci, ACMP.How To ApplyPlease apply online via our careers page before Thursday 7 November 2024.
