Here, you'll find a balanced work environment that values teamwork, personal development, and quality client care.The Role:As a Psychologist or Mental Health Social Worker at Psi Balance, you'll work directly with clients, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs. You'll play a key role in supporting our clients' journeys through personalized therapy and evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities include:Conducting diagnostic assessments and delivering therapy through Better Access, NDIS, and Veterans Affairs.Crafting individualized case formulations and employing evidence-based approaches (CBT, Interpersonal Therapy, EMDR).Using psychosocial metrics to monitor progress and efficacy.Maintaining clinical documentation and preparing concise reports for GPs and other referring providers.Supporting clients facing a variety of issues, including trauma, grief, and depression.About You:You're a motivated, empathetic professional with AHPRA registration as a Psychologist or Mental Health Social Worker. You're passionate about trauma-focused work and evidence-based practice, and you thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.Preferred Background:Clinical Psychology Registrar or endorsed Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA.Fully registered Psychologist (generalist) with AHPRA.Minimum two years of experience in a clinical role.Experience or special interest in trauma therapy.Ready to Apply?Take the next step in your career with a team that truly cares.
