Role Description:
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager and Director, your key responsibilities will include:
• Preparing scopes of work and awarding sub-contract packages
• Assessing sub-contractor variations and processing progress payments
• Developing monthly cost reports for the company directors
• Collaborating with the Manager on project coordination of sub-contractors
• Managing relevant stakeholders
• Demonstrating financial acumen, controlling budgets, and ensuring project profitability
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A relevant tertiary degree
• Proven experience working on commercial projects exceeding $15 million
• Experience as a Project Manager working for a Head Contractor
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Unlimited Australian working rights
