Fleet Project OfficerFull-time Temporary with a Possibility of PermanencyDetails: The Emergency Services Agency is seeking applications from detail-oriented, experienced, and suitable individuals to fill the position of Fleet Project Officer.The Fleet Project Officer will assist in delivering a number of key ESA vehicle fleet projects, including the purchasing of assets and equipment. A key component of this role is building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships; you will need to effectively negotiate and reach agreed outcomes in the best interests of the Agency.This role is also critical to ensure compliance with legislative requirements, ACT Government, and JACS Directorate policy frameworks for fleet assets; and to assist in timely and cost-efficient procurement practices. You will be responsible for a diverse range of activities such as research and analysis, management of Agency fuel cards and tax credits, project reporting and record keeping, project implementation and management, and leased vehicle management. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
