About the opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing efforts, including traditional & digital marketing, event management, social media presence and basic design work.
Responsibilities:
4. Oversee and take ownership all marketing initiatives.
5. Provide guidance to and manage an in-house Marketing Coordinator.
6. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive leads.
7. Manage SEO/Google Ad Word agencies to maximize search engine rankings.
8. Coordinate and execute events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer appreciation events.
9. Manage various social media campaigns via Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
10. Oversee and be hands-on in the production of marketing materials, such as email campaigns, digital and print ads, videos, and social media content.
11. Create basic designs using Canva or Adobe Suite to support marketing initiatives.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for an experience and skilled Marketing Manager or Marketing Generalist/ Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career.
18. Minimum 2-3 years professional marketing experience (either in house or agency)
19. You bring expertise in driving development of marketing strategies, brand and campaign assets, sales collateral, budget allocation and tracking.

21. Proven track record and confidence with copy writing and content creation to translate technical solutions into compelling customer focused content.
22. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
23. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
24. Proficient in using Adobe Suite or Canva
