About the Role:
A new position has been developed in conjunction with the opening of Strathaven Waterfront.
This role involves providing high quality and professional administration support at our Strathaven residential facilities on a 6-month fixed term contract.
* Assisting with settling in residents
* Orientating and supporting residents and their families
* Gaining feedback and acting on improvements
* Assisting residents with tasks where needed
* Booking appointments and other reception duties
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding customer service, maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with residents, their relatives and friends.
About You:
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients.
* Ability to undertake a variety of tasks
* Attention to detail and appreciation for providing the best experience on offer
* Sincere passion for making a difference in the lives of others and a high level of customer service
* Experience in managing a busy switchboard and reception
* Excellent proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
* Availability to work 30 hours a week Monday - Friday

Essentials for working in Aged Care:
* A current Working With Vulnerable People card
* Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
* Australian working rights
* Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS clearance
