We are looking for an energized leader to join the Capital Linen team as a Customer Relationship Lead - Health You will play an integral role in managing the relationship with our Healthcare clients and leading the team who delivers linen daily to our health clients across multiple sites. As the Customer Relationship Lead - Health, you will be responsible for managing and supervising CLS teams at the Canberra Hospital (TCH) in Garran and the North Canberra Hospital (NCH) in Bruce. You will work under the direction of the Director Business Management to lead a team of approximately 10 staff, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and operational efficiency. We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated leader with a strong background in team management and customer service, ideally within the healthcare, laundry, or accommodation sectors. You will have proven experience in leading and motivating teams, with the ability to inspire positive change and achieve operational goals. Your leadership style will focus on engagement and support, fostering a culture of care, respect, and collaboration. You will have the ability to manage a diverse workforce, ensure team members feel valued, and maintain a positive and productive working environment. Your interpersonal and communication skills will be key to your success in this role. You’ll need to effectively manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders, from hospital staff to internal teams, always striving to meet customer expectations and proactively resolve any challenges.
