Essential QualificationsDiploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent as recognized by ACECQA).A current and valid check that confirms the candidate's suitability to work with children.First Aid certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.?? Essential Skills and AttributesIn-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality practices and outcomes for children.Capability to guide, mentor and provide direction to other educators in the room or setting.Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, families, colleagues and management.Experience in designing, implementing and assessing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues to promote a collaborative environment.??
