The successful candidate will have:A doctoral qualification (or submitted thesis) or equivalent accreditation and standing in Education or related social science discipline with a focus on Education.A demonstrated record of publication in high-quality outlets.Demonstrated experience with quantitative and/or qualitative research, including data collection, analysis and interpretation.A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated high-level organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively, with flexibility and resilience to manage competing demands and deadlines.Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.Capacity for self-directed and collaborative work.Capacity for some inter-state and intra-state travel, as required for data collection, conferences and stakeholder meetings.A valid NSW driver's licence.A current Working with Children Clearance.How will we support you?
