Career Opportunity - Administration Officer, Permanent (Full-Time) Our Administration Officers work in a tight-knit team environment. Day-today, you will be responsible for: Provision of general administrative support to Claims Officers, which may include data entry, scanning and registration, payment processing, new claims processing, provider management and word processing; Paying client/provider accounts in accordance with payment procedures and liaising when required with service providers; Responding to telephone enquiries and routine correspondence from clients and service providers in accordance with claims management procedures; Reception duties, as required; and Provision of general office support services.
