Pulls and stocks supplies and ingredients. Cleans kitchen and eating areas. Processes sales, collects money, and dispenses food and drink items. Follows proper safety and sanitation procedures and standards. Provides prompt and courteous member service. Cleans and sanitises the workstations Sweeps, mops, sprays, washes, applies cleaning agents, wipes, and operates pressure washer Cleans and re-fills mop bucket. Cleans mop head Follows general safety and sanitation procedures and standards Dismantles equipment. Washes, rinses, and sanitises removable parts Wipes down stationary parts Washes containers and utensils Re-stocks supplies and industrial-sized containers of ingredients Collects cardboard and rubbish, operates rubbish compactor and cardboard baler Takes laundry to service pick up area Logs sanitation procedures performed on daily report and complies with health codes Follows proper general safety and security procedures and standards.
