About the Role We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategies across the IntoWork Group. This pivotal role will focus on refining procurement policies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to deliver value, innovation, and cost savings. As the Procurement Manager, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across our diverse group of companies to implement effective supply arrangements across various categories, including technology, fuel, property, and professional services. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement processes to achieve value for money outcomes across the group. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure the best commercial outcomes for IntoWork. Develop and implement procurement policies and strategies to enhance efficiency. Provide technical and strategic advice on procurement and contract management practices. Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal supply arrangements across all business entities. Identify and assess cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. Track and report procurement performance to strengthen business intelligence. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to meet procurement requirements and budgets. About You You are a strategic thinker with 5+ years of experience in procurement, a proven track record in contract negotiation, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions. Your strong communication skills will enable you to influence stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, and achieve best-in-class procurement outcomes. Key Selection Criteria Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field. Demonstrated experience in commercial and strategic procurement functions. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex contracts. Ability to build and maintain influential stakeholder relationships. Proficiency in data analytics and reporting to support procurement strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
