Amplifon Australia is looking for an Audiology Trainer to join our #makemorepossible team!
Reporting to Retail Training Manager this role is accountable for up-skilling our practitioners, the Audiology Trainer will be using their superior clinical and product knowledge to make a difference in the business. Be part of a dynamic & high performing team today!
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver practitioner coaching programs
2. Prepare training plans for identified areas of improvement
3. Train through a variety of methodologies including e-learning, online and face-to-face sessions
4. Conduct induction programs for new practitioners
5. Administer on-the-job training
6. Develop and update training modules
7. Support interns and OSTA on internship journey
You will have:
8. Have a QP audiologist for a minimum of 1 years
9. Have supervised university students and or new graduates
10. Have a passion for training and service excellence
11. Be confident in public speaking
12. Have knowledge of MS Office Suite
13. Be willing and available to travel
14. Be highly organised and deadline driven
15. A proven leader with the ability to deliver results
